FREED offers educational and informational services relating to credit health, borrower rights, harassment prevention and legal self-help (the "Services"). We do not provide loans, credit repair services, or act as a financial intermediary. Use of the Services is subject to your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or avail our Services.

3. Eligibility

You represent, warrant and covenant that:

  2. (b) you are a resident in India and will abide by all applicable Indian laws in your use of the Platform;
  3. (c) you are not barred, suspended or otherwise restricted from accessing credit information or using similar services;

4. User Conduct

The subscription fees, the frequency of payment and any other additional terms will be as displayed to you on the Site from time to time.
  2. (b) All fees shall be in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  3. (c) Unless explicitly stated otherwise, fees once paid are non-refundable.
